Before starting the coaching, I offer you a completely free telephone consultation (video consultation) only in Finland. The purpose of the consultation is to find out if I can help you and if the personal chemistry works. After that, it's just a matter of getting started!

EXPERIENCE 

I have a long experience of 40 years of training and 30 years of coaching experience. I have experienced and helped beginners, those who have progressed, and those returning to training to get started and further. I have also experienced what trauma rehabilitation is, so if you have suffered a mild or major tear, I can help you get back to normal everyday life. Of course, I can also advise you to seek help from a physiotherapist if you have missed it. Through this page, I only do the coaching as online coaching and I also monitor your progress.
